Abstract

The William Webb Lavender Notebook contains Lavender's handwritten notes on various cases and legal issues. The notebook dates from the early 1890s. Lavender was born in Greensboro, Alabama, graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1891, and practiced law in Centerville, Alabama.
