Abstract
James T. Kirk was born in Franklin County, Alabama, and practiced law in Tuscumbia after being admitted to the bar in 1880. The James T. Kirk Notebook is a lawyer's "common-place book" with an alphabetically arranged index of titles generally used in the practice and study of law.
