Abstract
I put forward a framework for protecting equality in the age of Donald Trump I identify a new threat to that value namely multigroup oppression show how the blackwhite binary paradigm of race increases that threat and suggest a program of resistance for readers appalled by Trumps attacks on Muslims domestic minorities immigrants and workers The article is a Rodrigo chronicle and an example of the genre of legal scholarship known as narrative jurisprudence
