Abstract

I wrote this article to publicize and document the widespread but littleknown practice of Latino lynching I discuss the number of such cases the locations where they took place the transgressions that motivated them and the periods in which they broke out I show what rendered them largely invisible to mainstream historians and discuss current social practices that are their equivalent
